Setup and Development Of Head Production Facility

We have been delighted to work with Tevva Motors as they rapidly grow from concept to reality, producing their very own electric lorries while also developing a hybrid hydrogen version.

Their main production facility in Tilbury was a blank canvas, having formerly been a purpose built storage warehouse. In November 2021 Tevva approached us looking for a partner with our knowledge and approach required to ensure the rapid development of their production facility.

Since December of 2021, we have had a full time site presence as we work closely with Tevva to develop their facility into the functioning, cutting edge, production line it is now. Providing the necessary value engineering to keep our client lean.

Integrating into Tevva and really understanding their needs mean we have become a trusted team whom are known collectively by all departments and have built a reputation of being able to “get things done” and doing right by them.

Refurbishment of Engine Test Cells

This project is located at the Bridgend Engine factory in South Wales. The contract was located at the onsite engine testing facility and the works consisted of forming 5 new test cells. The project had to be completed within the extremely sensitive test cell environment with other cells locally being in full time operation. This called for close co-ordination with the client to ensure normal business continued unaffected.

The works included the full design of new mechanical services including a project critical extraction system. Installation of new high pressure hot water, cold water, compressed air systems, electrical and data services. Construction of concrete foundations for external supports and the construction of a large reinforced concrete base to site a new large air handling system.

A challenging project with some interesting interaction with several specialist contractors, successfully completed.
